Today I had some unexpected cardio thanks to an accident that led to a bus diversion! I thought rather than waiting for the next bus, that could be any time, I would be my own transport and walk up to work. It only took me 40 minutes but was mostly uphill and this was after a 20 min walk to nursery with biggest on my back in the carrier!
I had an exercise session planned at work today that included a run but I decided to scrap that and just do weights. I did upper body, which included back, shoulders and biceps. I also did my daily core session.
Lots of exercise today and it feels great!
