My Year In Fitness – Day 181 #MYIF2014

I have spent a bit of time tonight mobilising and releasing my sacro iliac joint. From time to time it stiffens up causing me pain so just wanted to help loosen it off. Hopefully this will mean I can do a decent run Wednesday without any referred pain.

So satisfying when you manage to release a stiff joint, like cracking your fingers x 1000! If you dont know what you are doing always see a trained physio or chiropractor before attempting to do it yourself.
