Made the most of this morning by walking the dog round the river while the sun was still shining.

Took about 45 minutes but went at a decent pace and moderate intensity. You can tell the intensity of your workout by how breathless you are and if you are sweating. Moderate intensity exercise means you should be breathing harder than normal but be able to hold a conversation and feeling slightly sweaty.
