My Year In Fitness – Day 188 #MYIF2014

Today the kids and I did some healthy baking!!

I had a bunch of bananas that were ready to be binned but we mashed them up and mixed in some oats.

The we added some chopped nuts, chia seeds and cocoa powder.

Whacked them in the oven for 15 minutes on a greased tray and made some cookies. Delicious!
