My Year In Fitness – Day 190 #MYIF2014

Busy day at work today which meant I didn’t get chance to go into the gym. Once I get home I am going to do a bodyweight circuit before a quick shower then bed!

– Burpees

– Press Ups

– Tricep Dips (off side of bed)

– Mountain Climbers

– Leg Drops

Quick, easy and no equipment required.
