My Year In Fitness – Day 196 #MYIF2014

Today I’ve got DOMS in my hamstrings from yesterdays sandbag session.

I’ve taken it easy today with a flexibility stretching session and foam rolling.

Just about to have a soak with magnesium flakes too. Hopefully tomorrow it will have eased a bit. I do love DOMS though as its a sign the sessions are working!!!!
