My Year In Fitness – Day 216 #MYIF2014

I’ve been concentrating on improving my posture today. Whenever I’ve been walking or standing ive been tucking my pelvis under and standing tall.  Its really hard to keep reminding yourself about maintaining good posture so im going to work on some cues to help.

I have done some foam rolling on my back and stretched my quads and hip flexors.

And finished the day with
Bridges
Clams
Crunches.
