My Year In Fitness – Day 218 #MYIF2014

Walked the kids to nursery this morning and it only took 30 mins there and back which is a massive improvement from when I first started. It used to take me 20 minutes there and another 20 home. Pleased with this process!

I also managed a gym session
1.5km run
Weighted bridges
High step ups
Weighted to touches
Crunches
Walking lunges with rear leg lift

Ready for bed now!
