My Year In Fitness – Day 222 #MYIF2014

Up bright and early this Sunday morning for a 5km run with a friend. Just managed to avoid the rain!! I like getting up early and exercising means I get to enjoy the endorphins during the rest of the day!

Finished the run with a sprint finish, something I’ve not done in a long time. Felt good feeling strong!
