My Year In Fitness – Day 249 #MYIF2014

Foam rolling and stretching session tonight. I really need to start doing this more often as there was a lot of tightness and knots.

I try to drink a couple of pints of water after foam rolling to flush out the toxins released from the knots.

I’m going to try and make a change to my routine and stretch each morning. Even just the main muscles that I have problems with.
