Loving the endorphin’s at the minute!!!
Just finished a heavy lifting session in the gym. If I had to choose to do one workout forever it would be lifting weights. I love the challenge, the feeling and the results!
I did an upper body session with a mix of body weight, free weight and cable exercises.
- Lat pull down
- High row
- Low row
- Lateral shoulder cable lifts
- Plank walks onto wall
- Bicep curls into shoulder press
Then I finished off with some stretching. Need to more of this!!!!
I love the wobbly arm feeling too! 🙂
