My Year In Fitness – Day 280 #MYIF2014

Loving the endorphin’s at the minute!!!

Just finished a heavy lifting session in the gym. If I had to choose to do one workout forever it would be lifting weights. I love the challenge, the feeling and the results!

I did an upper body session with a mix of body weight, free weight and cable exercises.

  • Lat pull down
  • High row
  • Low row
  • Lateral shoulder cable lifts
  • Plank walks onto wall
  • Bicep curls into shoulder press

Then I finished off with some stretching. Need to more of this!!!!

I love the wobbly arm feeling too! ๐Ÿ™‚
