My Year In Fitness – Day 284 #MYIF2014

Long sunny walk around Longshaw today with the family. I love it when I can combine family time with fitness!

Lots of stretching too to help release my hip flexors. I am starting to see some improvements in flexibility and reduction of back pain which is great. I am also noticing my tummy is getting flatter which is because my pelvis is realigning. Must keep up with the stretching and strengthening!!
