My Year In Fitness – Day 288 #MYIF2014

Stretched and foam rolling was on the menu tonight. Its making so much difference. My last two runs have been pain free and my back isn’t half as stiff and sore as usual!!! So important to include it into your routine. Even if you are just starting out in your fitness journey make sure you are stretching daily.
