My Year In Fitness – Day 292 #MYIF2014

Preparation day! I’ve been researching training plans for 10km races tonight. I have a few in mind that I want to complete and so I need to get serious with my training.

I’ve also prepared my dinner for tomorrow so I don’t just grab something rubbish while sorting the kids out.

Fail to plan, plan to fail!!
