Tonight I tested out some of my exercises for tomorrows Fit Mums session in the park. Needed to check they were good enough for my Fab Fit Mums! You will have to come to the session to see what the exercises were!


I also did a simple circuit of push ups

1 – normal
2 – wide
3 – diamond

Targeting a lot of upper body muscles and core.
