My Year In Fitness – Day 304 #MYIF2014

Holly and I did a hill sprint session this morning. Jelly legs and sickness a plenty but I bloody love em!!!

We did five runs from bottom to top with the recovery walking back down to the bottom to start again.

Tough but effective session.
