My Year In Fitness – Day 305 #MYIF2014

I’ve had a day off exercise today. Letting my body recover from yesterday’s hill sprint session and enjoying spending time with my family.

Fitness is all about balance. Enjoy being strong and healthy but not at the expense of everything else. Focus on enjoying the sessions and forget about counting carbs and calories. Weight loss is a side effect of fitness and strength. Don’t let your weight be the focus of your sessions.
