My Year In Fitness – Day 309 #MYIF2014

Kids are eating tea and I’m not eating til later with hubby so I’ve managed to squeeze in a quick circuit. The less time I have the shorter the rests I take meaning I still get a decent session.

Squats
Jump lunges
Press ups
Mountain climbers
