My Year In Fitness – Day 313 #MYIF2014

Today is more core. I’ve done some plank variations including side planks. Im seeing some massive improvements in my core and my tummy is getting loads flatter which is helping my motivation!!!

Will be taking some progress pictures in the next few weeks to further boost my motivation and see how far I have come since January.

Whatever stage you are at in your fitness journey it is so important to take progress pictures. If you have none from that past six months do some tonight!
