My Year In Fitness – Day 319 #MYIF2014

Weekends in our house are dedicated to fitness and family time. My husband and I alternate weekend mornings for our dedicated fitness time and we swap lie in days!

Today we went on a family walk around the river in our village. The kids enjoy spotting the ducks and collecting sticks.  We enjoy the fresh air, exercise and early bedtime with tired kids!!!
