My Year In Fitness – Day 325 #MYIF2014

This morning was my running time. I didn’t go as far as I normally do and I didn’t record any stats. It was nice just to enjoy the run without worrying about data capture!!

I ran through the park and did a strength circuit that include

Stair sprints
Walking lunges
Squat jump turns
Tricep dips
