My Year In Fitness – Day 328 #MYIF2014

I did a session today while the small one napped (bigger one was at nursery!). I had a million jobs that needed doing but I did a workout first and my to do list after. Once the endorphins kick in after a workout I am so much more productive!!

I did a simple circuit with the sandbag

Split squats
Press ups
Lunges
Triceps dips
Mountain climbers
