After a weekend of over indulgence with the family I’m back home and ready to crack on. Today after spending a lot of time sat travelling I got home and stretched. I’ve also ensured I’ve drank three litres of water to flush out all the alcohol from the weekends festivities!!!
December is traditionally the month that most people ease off the exercise but I am having a lot more enquiries over the past few weeks. Its good to see people wanting to become more active and breaking those relaxed December traditions! I will be tweaking my programme slightly to keep me on track.
