My Year In Fitness – Day 340 #MYIF2014

Poorly clingy babies this weekend has meant I have done very little exercise. Littlest has just gone to sleep but I am shattered. I’ve just done x10 press ups, x10 burpees and x10 squats so I don’t feel guilty!!!

Every little counts!!!
