My Year In Fitness – Day 345 #MYIF2014

Its my smallests’ birthday today. This time two years ago I was in my living room contracting and preparing to meet my daughter! I loved being pregnant and I enjoyed the physical challenge of giving birth.

In celebration I have done a circuit of six exercises twice with 12 reps each!!!

Plank wall out
Squats
Press ups
Lunges
Triceps dips
Hip bridge
