My Year In Fitness – Day 349 #MYIF2014

Nursery run today so a good 40 minute walk. Slower paced on the way there as I had boyo walking with me but speed walked home with the littlest on my back.

I have also done a bit of foam rolling in the gym as I can feel my calfs and back tightening up again. Must get back into the routine of stretching as I found it helped a lot.
