My Year In Fitness – Day 350 #MYIF2014

I’ve managed to get some serious stretching and foam rolling done today. Really loosened off my muscles in lower back and legs.

Now snuggling up with a poorly baby full of cold. I think it may be a long night, wish me luck!!!
