We met up with friends this morning for a snowy wintery walk. The kids had a great time smashing up the ice puddles! Love this weather, do you?
Spent today travelling home to snowy Sheffield after a few days away visiting family. We then had lots of fun in the snow and a icy dog walk! Felt good to get some gentle exercise and fresh air!!!
A Christmas family gathering today means I have again consumed far too much and I’m not sorry!! No exercise today but I did stretch this morning as I woke up with a really tight back. Looking forward to getting back into a routine with my training in the new year.
Spent most of today sat in the car travelling to visit family. I’ve done some stretching to counter the effects of sitting most of the day, especially focussing on my hip flexors!!! Remember Christmas calories don’t count!!!!! 😉
