I walked the dog this morning around my village. Little bit of a boring one today but it still counts none the less!! A dog is a great way to get more exercise but remember a dog is for life not just for Christmas!!! 😉
Today the family and I went for a stroll around Nostell Priory. It was very chilly and christmassy!! Feeling stiff from my session with Holly yesterday so the walk was good to loosen off. This is me carrying my two year old when little legs got tired!!!

I’ve managed to get some serious stretching and foam rolling done today. Really loosened off my muscles in lower back and legs. Now snuggling up with a poorly baby full of cold. I think it may be a long night, wish me luck!!!

Lower body session tonight once kids were asleep. I followed this programme. Simple straight forward but does the business!
Loved this session today. I also did some lower body stretching to loosen off after my run on Saturday.
