I didn’t have room for a 200 metre run so I swapped that for 10 more burpees!!
Biggest boy was in nursery today so while the littlest one was distracted for ten minutes I did some core exercises. Nothing to strenuous as I’m still feeling ropey but I managed some plank variations and some hip bridges.

Poorly clingy babies this weekend has meant I have done very little exercise. Littlest has just gone to sleep but I am shattered. I’ve just done x10 press ups, x10 burpees and x10 squats so I don’t feel guilty!!! Every little counts!!!
We are still full of coughs and colds so no exercise again today. I’m hoping tomorrow we can get out in the fresh air and blow the bugs away!
Poorly babies means DVDs on the sofa with a duvet for most of the day. I was going to work out once they were asleep but littlest is still struggling. Swapping squats for cuddles! 🙂
Super quick abs blast!
Looooooong day at work so I have got home and stretched all my major muscles. Feels good to relax my body before climbing into bed! Night!!!!
