These sessions in Oughtibridge, North Sheffield kick start the weekend with 45 minutes dedicated to you! The fitness sessions are great for giving you some time out from being busy all week and set you up for the weekend perfectly. We do a body weight circuit that you can make harder or easier depending on your fitness levels (or just how you are feeling that day!)
I haven’t exercised in a long time, will I be OK?
Yes, the sessions are designed for you to work at your own level and you can rest at any point during the circuit.
Will the session still be on in the rain/wind/snow/cold?
Yes, wear plenty of layers that you can take off as you get warmer (which you will!) and to keep you warm once the session is finished. Remember to bring water with you as you will still need to stay hydrated whatever the weather.
I have never exercised before, how will I know what to do?
I will demonstrate all the exercises at the start of the session and support you throughout to make sure you are getting the most out of the exercises.
