My Fit Mum sessions are ideal for busy mums who struggle to find the time to exercise. Children are welcome to come along with you and either play with the toys provided or join in with the fitness session. The sessions are held in North Sheffield and are designed for busy mums to come and get a decent workout without having to worry about having someone to look after the kids or pay for extra childcare. You will work at your own level, meaning you can make the sessions as hard or as easy as you want.
I am a trained baby wearing peer support worker and a qualified ante/postnatal fitness instructor, so my Fit Mums sessions are perfect for getting back into fitness and meeting other new mums. The sessions are designed with both mum and baby in mind and are very relaxed and informal. You are able to work to your own levels, resting or feeding baby whenever you need to.

Is there an age limit on the children that I can bring along with me?
No, all children are welcome.
Is there a restriction on the number of children that I bring along with me?
No, the more the merrier! Or you can come alone if you have childcare sorted.
I haven’t done any exercise since before I got pregnant, will I be OK?
Yes, the sessions are designed to cater for all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced exercisers.
