Tonight once the kids were asleep I took my little bike for a spin around the block! I’m so nervous about getting back on a bike, its been years since I’ve riden and never properly on the road. I’m excited too as I love the freedom and obviously the fitness!
Today the tour De France came through my village. Probably a once in a lifetime experience for my family and I. It was amazing. The atmosphere was buzzing and the riders strength fitness and determination was inspirational.
