Oooops late post because I fell asleep at 8pm last and only woke up this morning! Repaid some serious sleep debt! Feeling loads better for a full night sleep so did some yoga this morning. See day 160!
Made the epic mistake of falling asleep cuddling with the kids at their bedtime. I’ve woken up all groggy and grumpy so I’m not doing any exercise today. I am having a healthy tea though so I don’t feel too guilty. Plus I love the cuddles!!!
I had a session all planned for tonight but I am listening to my body and my body is telling me to rest! Sleep is just as important as exercise as this is the time for your muscles to recover and grow. Im going to have a warm bath and an early night!
