After my mammoth sleep I woke up this morning feeling much better. I’ve done this good morning yoga routine.
I find Tara Stiles yoga videos really easy to follow. She explains each step really well so I don’t need to watch the video, I can just listen and concentrate On my movements and breathing. I’ve done this video tonight.

Another 45 minute yoga session tonight. Still rubbish but a definite improvement. Managed to get both feet off the ground in crow pose! Will practise more next week.
