I offer personal training sessions at Wisewood Sports Centre in North Sheffield. The gym has everything we need to challenge your body and start making changes to your strength and fitness.
Wisewood Sports Centre is a brilliant gym environment to train in, whether you are new to fitness and wanting me to support you in gaining confidence, or if you are wanting to push yourself to the next level of your fitness and see what you are really capable of!

One Off Sessions
I will be offering one off personal training sessions in the gym if you are keen to learn some new techniques or skills. These sessions are great if you are keen to venture into the free weights or functional fitness areas but want a helping hand to get started.

- 30 minute session – £18
By signing up to a block of personal training sessions at Wisewood Sports Centre we can really focus on progressing your current levels of fitness and get you the best results in the shortest amount of time. By paying for a block of sessions you also save money per session.

“I thought I would hate having personal training sessions. I expected it to be embarrassing when I couldn’t do things and thought I would feel really uncomfortable. I was so completely wrong. I have had several personal training sessions with Aimee and I really love it.
It is hard work but still fun. Aimee listens to what I say and tailors the exercise to suit what I need and am able to do. She pushes and makes me work but always with a smile.
