My Approach

I believe that fitness can be incorporated into your routine without making major changes or sacrifice. You don’t need expensive gym memberships or fancy leggings to feel stronger and healthier.

I concentrate on improving your strength, fitness and flexibility.  I don’t care what you weigh but I do care about how you feel. The weight loss and improved body image come as a pleasant side effect of becoming stronger and fitter.

I am a firm believer that reducing the duration, but increasing the intensity of your workouts gets the best results. I understand the time restrictions placed on women and realise that this means workouts need to fit in around numerous other commitments.

I aim to support women and mums in finding time time, commitment and passion for exercise.

There are no minimum requirements needed when it comes to getting stronger, fitter and healthier. I can support you at any point in your fitness journey.
