Sling fit has been a great weekly session to work on my fitness and posture and to meet other baby wearing mums. My baby seemed to enjoy it with initial looking around the room, followed by sleeping for most sessions. It’s a great way to get post natal mums off the sofa and exercising, without having to put baby in the corner.

I like the Informal nature of class, so we are encouraged talk to other participants. As a first time mum I have learnt lots from other mums experiences and also distracts from exercise fatigue. The┬ásmall group size is good so you can learn everyone’s names and feel comfortable feeding or nappy changing babies if needed.

Aimee’s classes have always supported my running giving me all round strength and allow me to continue my running at six months pregnant! Since becoming pregnant with my second child the FitMums class has given me all the support I need to carry my growing bump and continue doing the things I love: running!

I am 6 months along but with such a strong core I don’t feel heavy or restricted by my bump (besides trying to get my shoes on!).

I’m looking forward to rebuilding my strength post-birth through Aimee’s classes too. I’d recommend anyone try the classes as you can make each session fit to your capabilities.”
